An ARC form must be completed, submitted, and approved, before any exterior work is done on your property. Please allow 30 days for your ARC requests to be processed. Please also include your email address on the form as communication to you is done via email.

Please note:  specifications – such as paint colors and roof shingles –  are found on the second and third pages of the form, so please refer to it.
